our new 2-year eyewear protection program offers
priceless peace of mind.
Coverage includes:
- Accidental damage or breakage to your frames or lenses
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Unlimited adjustments
- FREE 1-year unconditional coverage for kids’ glasses
Plan covers a one-time replacement per complete pair of prescription glasses (frames and lenses) including prescription sunglasses (excludes Maui Jim and Oakley). Plan covers accidental damage only. Plan does not cover lost or stolen eyewear. Replacement eyewear must be claimed during coverage period. Damaged frames and lenses must be returned to an FYidoctors clinic in Canada to receive a replacement of equal or lesser value of the original purchase price. Replacement must be the same prescription as the damaged eyewear. When multiple pairs of eyewear are purchased together, coverage for each pair is required to participate in the protection program. Excludes contact lenses and non-prescription sunglasses. Coverage period is two years from pick up date. Offer may vary from time to time and may be amended or cancelled at any time. Some additional exclusions and conditions may apply.
